The linear amplifier is packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. A Zero-Drift-type buffer amplifier is shown here. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. A total of 5 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 3.3V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier.
