Packaged in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. This is a Zero-Drift type op amp. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 8 terminations over the past year. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 3.3V volts.
