Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10.75V~18.75V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 50kHz~300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
