Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 10.75V~18.75V. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~300kHz.
