This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 20 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 330kHz.
