MAX5152ACEE+T Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and X package. The supply voltage is 5V volts. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within 0°C~70°C range. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. In total, it has 16 terminations on each end.
