MAX5853ETL+T Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. An electrical supply voltage of 3V powers it. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. It is designed with 40 terminations.
