MAX6002EUR+TG002 Overview

An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.For applications with 400μA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.An input voltage of 2.7V~12.6V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 45μA is the supply current.There is SOT-23-3 device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.
