This program utilizes the handy SOT-23-3 package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.There is an external packaging of Strip.With 3, different functions are terminated.Precision voltage measurements require 0.4% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 3V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.Fixed forms are provided for user input.A part with 3 pins is included.Pins 3 are firmly seated in the part.Surface Mount is the right platform for the application.There is 7mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 7mA in this case.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 3V.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 5.5V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.There must be a 5V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 2.5V at a minimum.At 85°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -40°C can be operated by it.6μA volts is the supply current for this voltage reference circuit.It starts running at 3.2V voltage at least, according to the record.If the current exceeds 5μA, the voltage reference ic may become damaged and may not operate correctly.A 7mA output current is measured for the voltage reference ic.
