The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 500μA.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 13.5V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 1.25V is output.
