5-WFBGA, CSPBGA is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.048V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.MAX6023 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 500μA inputs.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.5V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2.5V~12.6V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.048V.It operates on a supply current of 35μA for its operation.It is tested at 2.052V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.
