MAX6023EBT25+ Overview
Parts are coupled with analog ICs.The voltage reference ic has settled 5 pins.The application is suitable for Surface Mount.There is 500μA way the voltage reference ic can deliver an output current higher than 500μA.Users should constrain the voltage correspondingly since the part can only accept 13.5V input voltage.It should operate at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C can be tolerated by it.Voltage is output at 2.5V.
