A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 13V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.7V.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 3V is outputted.
