A handy SOT-23-6 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 6.Voltage reference with ±0.2% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic is settled with 6 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 15mA.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 13V.The supply voltage must be 5V.To supply it, a voltage of 2.7V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2.7V~12.6V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.During operation, it uses a current of 85μA as its supply current.
