An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 3V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.In the voltage reference ic, there are 6 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 15mA.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 13V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 2.7V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3.2V~12.6V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 3V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 85μA is the supply current.
