The 6 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Supplying it with 3.2V volts is the minimum voltage required.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 3.003V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 2.997V.A maximum ambient temperature of 125°C can be reached.Parts should have a -40°C bottom temperature.
