A handy package called SC-74A, SOT-753 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Bulk variable is used in this program.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.5%.On the basis of the test statistics, 3V voltage is output.Input is taken from a Fixed form.Temperatures should not rise above 225 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 5mA.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 6V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.A 3.2V~5.5V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 3V.A 275μA-shaped supply current is used to operate the voltage reference ic.
