This program uses the SOT-23-6 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 6, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.1% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 5V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 6 pins.There is a part with 6 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~125°C.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.If the voltage reference ic outputs 10mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.Due to the part's maximum input voltage of 40V, users need to confine the voltage accordingly.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 15V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 7V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 4.5V~40V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 5V is generated.It is powered by a current of 650μA which is used for its operation.
