SOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 42V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4.5V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 12V~40V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.It operates on a supply current of 650μA for its operation.
