MAX6063BEUR Overview


A handy package called SOT-23 is used.The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 5mA.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 13.5V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 3V is output.
