A handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±0.4% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 245 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "MAX6063" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 5mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.There is 3V voltage output lower than 3V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 13.5V.The supply voltage must be 5V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 3.2V~12.6V.Idle parts use 125μA.The supply current is 125μA.
