A handy SOT-23-3 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.Various functions terminate at 3.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.8V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 5mA.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 13.5V.The supply voltage must be 5V.The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are -40°C problem for it.The output voltage is 1.8V.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 2.5V voltage at least.If the current is greater than 125μA, the voltage reference ic may be damaged or improperly operated.
