MAX6071BAUT33+T Overview
An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.08% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 3.3V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.In the voltage reference ic, there are 6 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "MAX6071".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 3.3V.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 3.5V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3.5V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 240μA is used.There is 330μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.
