The reference voltage makes use of the handy 6-WFBGA, WLBGA package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.Tolerance of ±0.04% for precise voltage measurements.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within -40°C~125°C TA.Inputs of 3mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Most commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply 2.7V~5.5V volts.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 2.5V.For its operation, 18μA is the supply current.
