SOT-23-5 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have 0.4% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3.3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 4mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.Since the part's max input voltage is 13V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 7.25μA.Current supply is 5μA.As measured by the voltage reference ic, the normaloutput current is 4mA.
