A handy package called SOT-23 is used.The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 5V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 4mA.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 13V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 5V is output.There is 5μA current supplied to it.
