MAX6250AESA+T Overview


A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series, Buried Zener package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.02% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "MAX6250" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 15mA.There is 5V voltage output lower than 5V from the voltage reference ic.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 40V.The supply voltage must be 10V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 8V~36V.The supply current is 3.3mA.
