MAX629ESA+G071 Overview
There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a SO package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 28V volts. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 85°C limit. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V is supported by the voltage regulator. 5.5V input voltage is supported at its maximum by this voltage regulator 12v. It is possible to improve reliability by increasing the DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency to 300kHz. A DC DC switching regulator output current of 500mA is normal.
