There is a handy package TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tube encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 3.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±1.3%.The output voltage 3V is determined by test statistics.Input can be entered on a Fixed form.Pins 3 are settled in the part.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~85°C TA range of work.It is able to handle 50mA input applications.Applicable to Surface Mount applications.Cathode currents should be 60μA in most cases.In this case, 3V is the fixed/minimum voltage generated.
