8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series, Buried Zener control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.02% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.MAX6341 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 15mA inputs.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 8V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 8V~36V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 4.096V.It operates on a supply current of 3.2mA for its operation.It is tested at 4.097V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.
