There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Pin count of the power management is 3. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1.2V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating.
