Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100Hz~75kHz.
