As you can see, this power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. IC management is packaged as a SC-82A, SOT-343 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts.
