MAX639CPA Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable (Fixed) outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Through Hole mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of 0°C~70°C TA when operating. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.3V 5V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 245 to be essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 9V for operation.
