There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. In a 3V supply voltage, the power management conducts.
