It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. 4 pins make up the power management. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC.
