Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 4. This power management has 4 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 1μA is the recommended value.
