This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. This power management has 4 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts.
