The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. In a 3V supply voltage, the power management conducts.
