MAX640EPA+ Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. Through Hole-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.3V 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 225mA. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 11.5V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation.
