There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260.
