There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.6V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
