This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Strip. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260.
