This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.15V. In a 2 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. Power managment ic pin count is 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts.
