Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 3 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-23-6 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. In a 3 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Push-Pull during operation. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 15μA. The other features include, for example, [0], which is just one example.
