On this supervisor, there is a series of 3 channels that can be found. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-23-8 functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits.
