Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 3 channels. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-8 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip.
