There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-WDFN Exposed Pad functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Regulator/Supervisor products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 14V volt supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In total, the power management has 8 pins in it. 8 pins make up the power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type.
