This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Regulator/Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 14V volt supply.
