Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-WDFN Exposed Pad functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Regulator/Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 14V-voltage supply.
